Residents can sign up for Cheshire Fire and Police Alerts, which is a free community messaging system, via the Cheshire Police website (under the Advice and Information section). By registering you receive news and appeals, local crime information and crime prevention advice – direct to you as an e-mail, mobile text or voice message.

PCSO Bethan Roberts patrols the parish. A police officer also attends the local Ward Councillor Surgeries held at St. Helen’s Church House, Hollins Green. The surgeries offer opportunities for residents to discuss any issues or concerns which are affecting them or their community. Home Watch – The aim of the scheme is to encourage neighbourliness and a closer community to help residents feel reassured and to improve their quality of life. A closer community can help to reduce crime, anti-social behaviour and fear of crime.
