Rixton Runners weekly 5K social

Rixton Runners continues to grow in strength with new local  runners joining the group every week for their Saturday morning social 5K. The group is informal, friendly and supportive and welcomes runners of all abilities as long as you can run or jog 5K.

The runners can be seen running around our local area in bright orange team running vests now, which were kindly sponsored by RwG Parish Council.

These runner can also be spotted  proudly running in their vests ‘on tour’ in London, the Lake District, Anglesey, and at local running events!

In December the runners had a bit of fun doing their Christmas run, followed by a warming bacon sandwich and hot drink….what lovely way to end the year!
