Parish Carnival 2025 – Sat 28th June
Join us for a family fun day with attractions for all ages, at the Village Green in Hollins Green on Saturday 28th June from 12 noon to 4pm.
Entry to the Carnival is free.
For entertainment, there’s music from Cadishead Band, the Wirral Drummers Samba Band and Radio Wishing Well. There will be performances from Ellie Yates and our Pre-School children, and you can enjoy dances from the Scottish Dancing group. Crazy Kris will be on the stage to entertain the children and make some balloon models.
Elsewhere on the Green there will be fairground rides and hands-on science workshops run by Sublime Science – you can also practise your
circus skills with Circus Sensible. Why not learn about birds of prey with Wild Wings or meet some animals with Critters Interactive? There will also be a display of vintage vehicles and an art display from Rachelle’s Art Group.
Lots of local groups are also getting involved and they’ll be setting up stalls to entertain and inform. Local businesses will have their products for sale on the day, so there’s chance to grab a bargain.
All your refreshment needs will be catered for – there will be a tea and cake tent, a sandwich stall, a bar, barbecues and an ice cream van.
Why not bring your dog and enter the Fun Dog Show run by Four Acres Doggy Day Care – your dog could win one of the many fun categories.
