A fun night had by all!

In September the Community Hall committee held a Fish and Chip Supper to raise funds towards the refurbishment of the Hall. The night was a roaring success, with over 60 people enjoying the hot supper from Ferry Hill Chip Shop in Irlam and the yummy cakes and pastries kindly donated by a Polish Bakery in Trafford Park.

The evening’s fun also consisted of a mind teasing quiz, organised by local resident Neil Fairfax, and a raffle with prizes donated by several local businesses and individuals. The committee wish to thank everyone involved, including those who helped to set up and gave a helping hand on the night – together £560 was made.
