Digital Information Board

The Digital Information Board (DIB) is a great way of communicating a message to the Irlam and Cadishead community.

Located on the corner of Liverpool Road and Fairhills Road, the DIB is seen by thousands of people each day as they travel along the main thoroughfare through the district.

Community groups and not-for-profit organisations can advertise activities, messages and events free of charge. The DIB is not for commercial, business, private or political use.

Groups must first register before any messages can be featured and this process can take up to 10 days. Once registration is complete – groups will be provided with a number which must be included on all message requests.

Messages must be submitted to Cadishead or Irlam Library as early as possible prior to the date required. Each message has a restriction of 20 characters per line, with a maximum of 6 lines. The board is updated twice per week and messages can run for up to two months.

The DIB is managed by a partnership between Salford City Council, Irlam and Cadishead Community Committee, the Rotary Club of Irlam and Hamilton Davies Trust.

Registration and message request forms are provided below and include guidance on terms of use.
